Fuel pressure gauge and Comptech FPR

Are there any gauges I can use with the Comptech FPR?
It uses a banjo bolt on the fuel rail, braided lines and aluminium screw on connectors.
How do you check fuel pressure? Are there adaptors to fit the ends of the braided lines? The banjo bolt? Or is there another access point on the fuel rail I can use.
The reason I ask is that my SC came with an FPR that has been turned up. I'd like to turn it down but would prefer to do it accurately.
