The Chevron product is excellent, but very expensive and really dilute. This is supposedly the same as the retail additive package, but obviously that varies by market.

Try better products like redline and BG44k. You can get significant deposit cleanup with either of these.

wouldn't this be the same thing as getting some Chevron Gasoline because it already has Techron added?

i think its more for really caked up engines. my dad bought a used cl500 from an auction that hadn't been taken care of very well, and i can say that the techron fuel system cleaner did result in a noticably smoother engine. i got so excited i tried it on my 20000 mile s2000 but nothing happened since i guess i'd been using chevron forever.

call Lubrication Engineers,Inc. @800-537-7683 and tell the operator to send you to a sales assistant and tell that one where you live and get the local rep's phone #. Tell that rep. you heard about LX2300 fuel treatment and you would like a sample to try. If this does not work for some reason, let me know: obrien.m@le-inc.com. I work the lower half of N.M. and El Paso Co., TX. so if you live around there call or e-mail me. 575-791-0495. This product does 3 things; Helps combust the fuel more completely for a final tune-up and better fuel economy and horsepower. Lubricates better and contains a carbon-lifting agent that wets into the metal parts +_ .0004". Every part of your machine from the top ring on up stays shiny, never a dirty and clogged injector. The car or truck or bike or weed wacker etc. will run so well you'll be mad I didn't steer you this way sooner.
