Fuel and dyno
Hi All,
Im going to be putting my stock motor on the dyno soon, and am curious about the fuel's and dyno results people find. I dont have E85 easily available, but do have 91, 95, 98, and aviation fuel around. Really just interested if people have found much advantage in going from say 98 to aviation fuel. (I ran aviation fuel on the last motor but the tuner said there wasnt much at all in it and 98 would have yielded very similar results, a 200HP 4AGE). Cheers!

I think it would depend upon the altitude you operate at. Also, your 98 octane is equivalent to 93 octane in the States. If you live at or above sea level by no more than 2000 feet, then 98 should work nicely. If you have a special tune for AVGAS, then go with that.
