Fuel Cut at 2000rpm

Fuel Cut at 2000rpm
Hi every one.
From 3days ago, my car is going wrong...
When the engine temp is cold, engine act like fuel cut and stall around 2000rpm~3000rpm.
Also, when I'm running freeway with 6th gear arund 4000rpm~5000rpm, same symptom occur.
My mechanic told that fuel pump might be bad.
Is anyone had same problem?
HKS tuned my car a month ago and car runs fine until 3days ago...
