Same thing happened to mine..did a radiator flush since i was replacing the stock with a mishi, spent about 45 minutes flushing and burping the car...thought i got everything and when i was driving home on the interstate i notice my temp had climbed to 4 bars...then 5...then one before red! i shut the car off asap and pulled over, to my surprise radiator fluid all over the engine...waited a few minutes, got to the closest advance auto parts, bought some 50/50 to make it home and spent about 3 hours burping it fully. So far no problems.

the thing I do is to install a radiator funnel on the filler neck and run a clear hose from the front bleeder into the funnel. I simply let it run until the clear line shows no bubbles.. close it up and wait for the rad fans to come on.

yep.. gota have a big funnel such as that.. these things dont like to bleed w/o it.

I dont use a hose, i just open the bleeder screw a little and let the coolant flow out while filling the funnel until the car is up to temp then I close the bleeder for a few mins, open it and let it bleed for a while longer.

I always bypass the throttle body coolant stuff so I dont have that hose coming off right by the bleeder. If thats all there you could have air in that part of the system.
