Default Front Windshield Leak

Alright guys, well about 6 months ago I posted a thread regarding a water leak on the passenger side carpet. i was able to pinpoint it the plastic shroud that sits at the bottom of the windshield. 2 of the clips holding it in place on that side were broken and when water would roll down the windshield, it would slip through a gap between the plastic shroud and the windshield and find its way to the passenger compartment carpet. When i closed the gap, it would not leak anymore. I believe i found the correct clips but wanted to make sure with you guys

Looking at the drawing, it seems like #5 is the plastic shroud in question and #11 are the clips. Am I right?

Thanks!
