jack the car up and pull off the front wheels.
do a full brake inspection, make sure it isn't your brakes making that noise. if a front wheel is hard to turn, it would either be a bad wheel bearing or a bad caliper/brake hose. an easy way to test this is to remove the caliper assembly and throw the wheel back on, still hard to turn?

do this simple test and get back to us.

so i have a few problems,
loud grinding sound coming from under the car,
the rear prop shaft boot is gone and greese is everywhere,
First thing that comes to mind -
4.2 to 4.5 oz of grease goes into where the axle goes into the outboard joint. (Part 6.)
5.3 to 5.5 oz of grease goes into the inboard CV joint. (Part 5.)
Losing either of the inboard or outboard boots means that grease is free to escape.
Either take it to a shop, or get yourself a shop manual and order part number 1 or 6 to do the work yourself.

and after driving it for less than five minutes of this grinding the front wheel on the drivers side was smoking hot

also when the car was jacked up the front wheels were hard to turn, ideas ?
Classic symptoms of a frozen front brake caliper. The piston boot can disintegrate, letting dirt in between the brake piston and caliper, preventing it from moving properly. It also could be the wheel bearing - previous posts have good suggestions on how to check which issue it is. If it's the brake caliper, get a caliper rebuild kit, part number 1. The shop manual has instructions on what to do with it.

Here's what a brake piston looks like after dirt gets in there.
