There are two bulbs, one on each side of the amber housings. The bigger one is your turn signal, the smaller wedge type one are your parking lights.

Is there a fuse for the parking lights?

yea 2 bulbs, running lights and turn signals in the headlight are 2 separate bulbs, i've had to replace both running lights, but the turn lights are fine, so maybe yalls are just burned out?

you can just peel back the fender liner (if car's jacked up)
