I believe the spare tire take's 60 psi. It will take about 3 weeks to pump it up to 60 psi with your $14 walmart compressor.

Tire pressure is one of the most important, and one of the most neglected, aspects of automobile safety. It's good advise to check the air pressure in your tires on a regular (at least monthly) basis.

Nearly every single spare tire that I check on my friends' cars is either very low or flat. Why don't manufacturers make it easier to check and fill the spare tire? On most of them you have to remove the spare to do this routine. On a few the valve is accessable without removal.
