JUST A LITTLE TRICK WHEN YOU REPLACE IT....SPRAY SOME OF YOUR FAV. COLOGNE ON IT....

pop the hood and go to the passenger side. up next the the firewall is the plastic cowling. there is a little tab on the edge of it that says lift or pull or something to that extent. lift that and under there is the filter.

just curious, what's the reason/benefit behind changing it? I'm guessing cleaner air being circulated (with the top up) and the A/C probably doesn't have to work quite as hard. It probably also helps the defroster work more efficiently as well?

Yeah, what you said and it helps reduce some allurgens if you have breathing problems.


Use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry off all the retaining clips before pulling off the cowl or you will lose these little clips all over place and potentiall interfere with your engine mechanics.
