Fresh Oil Change [Mobil => Castrol]

Fresh Oil Change [Mobil => Castrol]
I just finished changing my oil from Mobil 1 10w30 to Castrol Syntec (German) 0W30 in an attempt to make my car a bit quieter. I wasn't exactly sure if the sound I was hearing was the timing chain tensioner. I've read people have had problems with Mobil 1 and failing tensioners so I decided I might as well change the oil to see if it makes any difference.
I've recorded a video of each one on a cold start but left it unnamed for a control test. The sound on youtube sucks but hopefully someone will be able to tell the difference between the two videos.

Let me know if you notice anything on either video and hopefully this will be a good test to see if either oil is significantly better or if it makes a difference to the TCT.

I went 15K miles with German castrol 0w30 on three oil changes, last oil changed to redline 10W-30 and the noise came back, somewhat. German castrol is on the heavy side for a 30 weight oil, thus the reason for less noise. Results may vary. BTW its a excellent oil, you can use it year round. The old style "green" G.C. was considerd by many as the holy grail of motor oil.
