Found an odd valve spring while swapping retainers

I agree, 108k
I'm playing it safe and getting another cam. Though I wonder if the worn one could be refinished.
Still curious if replacing just a single valve spring is ok. I want to replace the oddly worn one, but I'm not sure if I'd need to do the entire set.
Not really concerned about the others wearing like that one did; just that if the older valve springs may be weakened from use, is putting in just a single, new spring a bad idea?

I honestly don't know the answer to the question about replacing just one spring. I have thoughts, but best to leave that to the others here who will know.

Should be in workshop manual regarding valve spring spec

Well,ok its not in the workshop M,
lay flat edge along all springs on the bench to check height/s.
if not possible measure new and compare to old spring,

No, definitely don't use aftermarket valvetrain. Not a good idea at all for this car, according to Billman.
If you were replacing one valve spring because it had lost its effectiveness, it essentially had worn out, then it would be smart to replace them all, as they would all be close to worn out.
But if you are only replacing one because it was damaged by something that didn't affect any of the other springs, just replace that one spring.

How much do springs cost? Maybe just replace them all if its not too much.

Replace all the valve springs. Valve springs for a AP1 engine are $7.42 each (same price for the exhaust and intake). 16 x $7.42 = $118.72.

Decided to replace all springs, intake and exhaust with OE parts. I'm just more comfortable knowing everything will be fresh and new. I already have the top end apart, the parts are relatively inexpensive and I like to romp on the car whenever the opportunity arises so it just makes sense for longevity of the engine. (to me anyway)
Thanks for the help everyone!

Updating this, got everything back together and she's running well.
I'm really glad I also ordered retainers for the exhaust side when getting valve springs. Ended up finding two cracked exhaust side retainers.
I wasn't able to see any exhaust retainers riding up while it was assembled and wouldn't have even touched the exhaust side at all if I didn't decide to replace valve springs...
Check those AP1 retainers well, people!!!! I couldn't see the signs of cracked retainers from the topside myself. However its possible I didn't look correctly.
I'm so glad this community exists, where we can share this sort of information to keep our cars running right!
