This morning however, on my way to school the check engine light went off on its own...without any ecu reseting. So does that mean that everything is fine now??
Well did you reset it after you checked all the hoses? If not then it just reset itself from you driving it. It's not going to go off unless you do something (resetting it manually or going for a drive or two). It'll come back if the problem persists.

Since it's come back on, confirm the code again. If it's the same, something is wrong with those vacuum lines, the check valves or the solenoid. You could have a cracked line, a line that is connected poorly or to the wrong place, or the solenoid wiring harness has a bad connection, or the check valve is not the way you think it is.

AHA! I looked at those Vacuum lines again...and i found that the top wire under the feul injection cover thingy was disconnected. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I DIDNT SPOT THIS LAST NIGHT.....but it was dark and maybe i didnt have sufficient lighting IDK. But I just spotted it and i plugged the hosing back in and reset the ECU. hopefully ill never see that CEL on for a while.

I am comforted in the knowledge that I continued to prod you into repeatedly checking. Experience has shown that these little things can be missed more than once and even though the owner swears that he is "sure", yet another check is still worth it. I hope this fixes it for you.

So ive got good news and bad news..first the good news.

1. The CEL has not come on ever again after finding that unplugged vacuum wire.

then the bad news..

2. Whenever I start the car while its still warm( as in having 3 bars) the idle is real low and the engine seems to cough more than ever. But after a few stops and goes the idle seems to be perfect! weird but true. but cold starts are just fine. ANY ideas why this is hapenning would help.

Try this:
Unclip the MAP sensor wiring harness and vigorously wiggle it while re-clipping it back on. Might want to reset the ECU. Won't hurt, might help. (Pull the "BACK UP" fuse for 1/2 minute)
You may be a candidate for this:

Do you think it would be a good idea to clean inside the map sensor with something like this http://www.shipstore.com/ss/html/CRC/CRC06102.html ???

No. Too much chance of wrecking it.
