Default Flush or drain engine coolant?

Hey guys,

I was thinking about doing some spring work on my 02 S2K like the oil, tranny fluid, plugs and so on. I have not changed the engine coolant ever and I have had the car now 2 years. The guy who I bought it from used a brand of fluids called Neo they make synthetic fluids and he swore by them. Anyhow I was wondering what the difference between a coolant drain and refill vs a coolant flush would be?

My car has 30 000 miles and in excellent condition. I always see the dealer talk about flushes and such but are those just a machine that runs through a chemical inside of the coolant system?

Any suggestions would be very much appricaited.

Thanks in advance.!!

P.S I searched and I couldn't find a "To do guide" on coolant change. I know how to do it, just thought I would read one in case there were any S2ki.com member tips or tricks.

Default

drain and refill is just like it sounds. flush would be to clean out the whole cooling system to get rid of contaminants, n refill with coolant.
