i'm looking into jacks at the moment and i was wondering if this meets the S's needs.

2 ton floor jack with a 5-1/2 to 14 in. lift range.

5.5 in. minimal may be too tall.

5.5 is the beginning of the lift range, not the height of the lifting pad

that is a nice jack! I think if your jack is a little bit high it's not the end of the world. I drove the wheel or wheels onto a 35 pound weight plate used on my bench press to raise the car a bit before i jack it up ghetto yes? cheap bastard? yes. but does it work? yes, haha!

I bought this, and while pricey, it is sooooo nice and low.

This jack is getting terrible reviews. Anyone else want to suggest a low profile jack for the S that holds up well. I'll be using it for a G35 too. Thanks.

Do you still like this jack? Will it reach the front jacking point without pre-jacking?
