Floor Heater
Anyone have luck (or even try) to keep the floor heat from blowing directly on the ankle? I know it's a small thing, but it bugged me last year, and it's going to get cold soon.
I'm thinking that some kind of baffle may work. I've got an old 60mm NACA duct with a 2" round connection that I'm never going to use, and I thought about rigging something up with that.

I don't have my S here to look, but I have to suspect you could affix some sort of redirector to the HVAC tube to redirect the air more laterally. It's just airflow so along the same lines as throwing and redirector over the floor vent in your house (if you have central air or heat).
Check Ebay for shoe spoilers to create downforce and redirect the air. Totally JDM.

I completely forgot about these, maybe I should start selling them?
Within 3 months of buying my car I made two elastic bands for the driver's foot well air vent. One is just a loop of elastic that I stretched over the end of the air box and it covers up 3 rows of holes. Because the air box has a mounting tab in the middle, I made the other loop with velcro so it can be installed on the other side of the air box without removing the mounting tab.
Works perfect. They've been on my car for so long I forgot they were there.

Thanks... Works... 49 degrees this morning, and I think I also got more air from the under-radio ducts. I figured it would be diverted to the other foot well.
