Floating arm bearing broke
Hey, so recently my connecting rod bearing broke while i was just cruising around. My brother fixed the problem and said it was probably caused by a lock of oil, yes its stupid and my fault. We topped it off cleaned the bearing housings and put new bearings in. Car was working well again and after driving for 10 minutes it broke again. Does anyone know what could be causing the bearings to break? The motor oil was topped off when it broke.

It you mean it spun a connecting rod bearing, then it was fixed, then spun another bearing....
It is due to micro imperfections on the crankshaft, which shred the bearing like a cheese grater.

You can't just replace worn bearings and expect them to last. You have to polish the crank. There are also different size bearings on this car. The bearings have to be matched to the crank to rod clearance for that particular rod and that particular crank.
The right mechanic can do that with crank in the car. Maybe mechanical artist would be a better way to put it.
It doesn't sound like the right mechanical artist fixed it the first time...
