Default FLEX and EDFC question

Does anyone have this problem where the shock body rotates, taking the EDFC motor with it? The only thing that stops it is the wire to the EDFC motor... im afraid this is gonna eventually snap the wires. Is tehre any way to prevent the shock from turning?

In my installation manual it shows the intallation for an optional kit to avoid this. It seems to be 2 small brackets that mount between the shock and uppermount at there mounting point. This keeps the upper mount from rotating much. When I get home I will see if the manual lists the part number.

I think u installed it wrong. Cus I just went down and check my edfc. When I changed the settings my motors didn't move and they didn't pull the wires either.

OK-just checked the rears...the EDFC definately keeps turning (although there is good tension on it) I marked the EDFC placement and used the wife to operate the controller-my EDFC motors do not spin at all and I went through the whole range of 16 settings.
I'm definately curious about the solution to your problem.

I'm having this issue as well... my front left motor keeps turning until stopped by the wires. It is NOT turning when adjusting the settings, that works fine... the motor appears to turn while driving. Very annoying, anyone have an update on this?
