Default Flashing CEL

So for the past few months I've had the dreadful CEL light. I pulled them and it turns out to be P0301 and P0303 which signifies Cylinder 1 and 3 misfires. I did what the people on these boards suggested and switched coil packs and bought new spark plugs. These efforts did not fix the problem and I went ahead and bought 2 used injectors online to try to fix the issue. I swapped out the 2 used injectors into Cylinder 1 and 3 and it seems to be running a lot smoother but now I have a flashing CEL. Any inputs on what the ordeal is here?

Okay so I got the CEL read and it came up as well what do you know... P0301 and P0303 aka Cylinder 1 and 3.... Could it be that I installed the injectors wrong? Forgot to mention that I did take my S2K to Joey in San Fran to get a valve adjustment.

Forgot to mention the newly installed injectors fixed the misfiring sound that was apparent with the old injectors.

Flashing CEL is an indication of a major misfire. Typically a flashing CEL will result in catalyst damage if driven.

When I installed the injectors I reset the ECU and allowed the car to relearn it's idle. You can try to pull the backup fuse under the dash and see if the flashing CEL will come back on. It may be worth a try?
