Fixed - push clutch to floor, hear metallic clack noise
I'm a new owner of a 2005 Suzuka Blue. When pushing the clutch in all the way to the floor, I could hear a metal on metal clack sound. I took a look and when pressing the clutch pedal by hand the back of the clutch pedal was hitting the firewall. There was a small hole there, so it looks like there was a bump stop in that place. Did some searching on S2KI and sure enough there is a plastic plug that goes onto the firewall. The OEM part number is 75891-611-000 and I was able to order from my local Honda dealer in Elk Grove, CA. Took just a couple of minutes to install, and voila, no more metallic noise when pushing clutch pedal in.
