9,500 miles and it sounds like a '71 Pinto that needs a tranny....

You said you had an AEM CAI correct? Check if the lower portion of the CAI is touching your sway bar. Mine did that untill I took some insulation wrap and wrapped my sway bar. It wore my AEM CAI a few mm's. Here's a pic .

Try this...Rev the car in first gear, clutch in, not moving. this will eliminate the clutch DISC ONLY.

Still rattles...Must be heatshield, huh?


What about aftermarket clutches, PP, TB, etc...any luck solving this problem with those...

This worked? Approx. how for do you bend the shield...?

My dealer shows little interest in adressing this problem...he's like, you bought the S2K, now live with it...
