First Redline and Now No Rev Above 4000 RPMs (Help Appreciated)
Well its been fun, but after 2 weeks of having my 01 S2K I got a little Rev happy and redlined it. Unfortunately right after doing so, I could not Rev over 4000 RPMs, and rolled back just a few blocks to my brothers house. Now it is parked in his garage and I'm super bummed out.
Here are a couples things of note. The check engine light came on after giving the car a rest and firing it back up. The car will still not Rev past 4000 RPMs even in neutral. Where to go from here?

Read the check engine light to determine the cause, and then erase the code and drive the car again. It sounds like the car is in some form of limp mode. Buy yourself a code reader or you can take it to most autoparts stores and have it read/cleared for free.
FWIW, every owner should have a code reader/eraser in their vehicle. I carry one in all of my vehicles for this very reason. My SRT4 used to spit out CEL's frequently and the car would go into limp mode quite often. It wasn't fun driving home with the engine limited to very little hp and low rpms, particularly if you were on a highway. Ever since then I carry readers in all of my vehicles so I can read and erase CEL's quickly.

Code readers are dirt cheap. Everyone should own one, even if you don't work on cars yourself (when you bring it in to get fixed they can't lie about the code).

Just replaced map sensor, but still the same issue. Any suggestions?
When I try revving in neutral it can get up to 5000 rpms, and then it gets weaker and weaker until it's at about 3500 rpms. Car won't go faster than 20 mph.

That code will definitely put the car in limp mode.
The main repair is to replace the MAP sensor which you did.
Did you have a proper o-ring under the map sensor when you replaced it ?.
If the sensor and o-ring are good, then you may have a short in the wiring that goes to the MAP sensor from the ECM. After that the ECM could be faulty. Those are two possibilities of your code after sensor replacement.

Yes, included O-ring under map sensor when replaced. Took it around the block and RPMs just kept dropping. Reset ecu as well but check engine light popped back on right before stalling.
