Where are you? What kind of tires do you use in those temps? Do you have to mix your anti-freeze differently?

Estonia. Winter tires (studded or not) are mandatory from November till March. With newer cars anti-freeze is from the start able to withstand up to -35-40C, so no change is needed. You only have to put the windscreen cleaning liquid rated at least to -21C.

Oh yeah, and a snow shovel in the trunk is your best friend for those months
