I don't think you'll be fine after an alignment, but the car is far from dead. You *might* be able to get it back right with just an alignment, but I really think you should get it on a frame machine to see if you tweaked any suspension pickup points. You'd be surprised how little it takes to tweak that metal (on any car) if you hit it the right way.
My suggestion is to find the best body shop you have in your area, and have them put it up on their frame rack and tell you what's out of spec. If they've got a good frame guy (and they should), the answer should come straight away. Couple hours labor, no commitments to put the S2000 on the rack...they're just telling you what's tweaked.

after market fenders are 500 a pair plus paint, do the install yourself and boom...It is rather time consuming as you do have to remove the front bumper and the bolts on the bottom are covered in undercoating spray so you have to use a hammer on the socket to get it on far enough. Otherwise it is not too hard. and oddly enough the bolt on the bottom of the fender by the door seems to come out easier with a 3/8 as opposed to the 12mm as most of the rest do....
