Default F24 conv. - Buy full motor+tranny or piece together?

Looking for the cheapest route to do this swap. I feel like im forgetting some parts that go with the engine.

Option #1:
- Buy full swap anywhere from $3000-$5000
- Send motor to machine shop to get bottom end done($1000 sleeved and assmbly)

Option #2:
- Piece together motor (not sure what how much $$)
- Send motor to machine shop to get bottom end done($1000 sleeved and assmbly)

I already have the following:

Top End: Intake(no fuel rail or lines), TB and Header.

Bottom End: K24 crank, rods(no pistons), Flywheel and oil pan.

Only things I can think of is Alt and starter. I'll be using an AEM ecu.

White: Need to buy?
Red: Already have
Blue: top end
Yellow: bottom end
