F20c rebuild head and block

Is there any one have instruction how to DIY rebuild Head and block Rebuild, im going to attemp to replace my piston rings and valve seals , please let me know thank you.

Buy the factory manual from Helminc.com. Read it and decide if you have the skills/tools to complete the job.

Your only real option is a service manual. A DIY isn't going to have all the specs and tolerances that you need. You'll most likely need a cylinder head shop for the valve job, guide check/replacement, and resurface.

With a little bit of searching you can find a PDF of the OEM service manual..
