No problem. As for radiator, if you have the space, I'd just go with a Mishimoto or equivalent. They are priced pretty fairly and you can get a nice fan shroud and fan setup for them as well.

Do you have an engine harness? If not, I have a perfect condition harness I'd be willing to sell you if needed. Just let me know.

I have the engine and dash harness, and the dash, which should be interesting to 'blend' in to the existing dash

The s2000 radiator is too large for my space. I have about 24"(w), 16"(h), 4"(d), and in that I'd like to put a Radiator, Fan(s), and an air conditioning condenser I might be able to get a touch more height out of it, maybe another inch-ish.

My initial thought was a triple core civic radiator, with the inlet/outlet moved to the intake side, and shortened to suit, but that might end up a touch more expensive to do than getting a custom one made.

Are there any aftermarket/performance rads available for the specific year and model vehicle you have the motor in? The S2000 really doesn't need a large capacity radiator at all. The factory system holds exactly 2 gallons of coolant between the motor, hoses, radiator, heater core, and reservoir tank. And clearly the stock S2000 radiator is not thick by any means.

As for a build thread. Posting one up in the Automotive builds forum wouldn't be a bad idea. I know of a few other non-S2000 builds in there and they've generated a bit of interest themselves.

Now that the fuel pump is sorted, I'm looking in to the actual fuel system setup, from tank to fuel rail and back. Current thinking is twin tanks (like the old Mini Coopers), feeding a single line, in to a lift pump, surge tank, bosch 044, in to the stock engine fuel set up, back to the surge tank, with an overflow from the surge tank feeding back to both tanks. Hopefully this will all balance out and both tanks will drain at a similar pace. (stock tank is a 7 gallon/25L tank, which isn't quite suitable for where I live)

In doing a bit of research on charcoal canisters (and if I need to run one) I started reading about the stock EVAP system, which I don't think I'm going to be able to run. From reading, it looks like this will also throw a CEL if it's not there. I've seen some other conversions graft the s2000 EVAP system in to their tanks, but this isn't really going to work in my situation.

Any tips on bypassing the EVAP system on an AUDM engine, while fooling the Stock ECU in to thinking it's there?

Cheers.
