Default Exhaust Vibration

I'm runnnig an Invidia cat back dual exhaust with semi open restrictors. When I get over 75 MPH, or sometimes when I accelerate 3/4 hard, but mostly when I back off after hard acceleration I get a lot of exhaust vibration. I did not have any of this with the stock exhaust. Does anyone else have this problem? What are the probably causes and corrections? The stock exhaust has a 12" or so pipe welded in at 90 degrees. What does this do and could the absence of it be the problem?

Thanks
