I am in the process of installing a BB Turbo from Ultimate Racing here in Toronto. I am not planning to play with boost control for now. It is going to be fix at 7psi only. My question is whether I need to monitor the exhaust temperature. At present I have install a set of Defi-Link BF guages (turbo boost, oil temp, water temp) with a Defi control unit II. Need some expert opinions.
Also should I plan to increase the boost later and play with a boost control, would I then need to monitor the exhaust temp?
