Exhaust manifold torque specs...
What are the torque specs for the stock exhaust manifold bolts? Is their a certain tightening pattern for re-installing them? thanks

23 lb/ft. I'd start in the middle and work your way out. Tighten in stages till you reach the final torque.
i hope all goes well, im going to see tonight how hard it is to get the old bolts loose and how hard it is to remove the stock header...

It's not bad, the toughest bolts will probably be the ones that connect to the cat, they're usually rusted. There's only one other bolt towards the bottom of the manifold, it attaches to a bracket that holds the manifold stable.
