Exhaust Installation
Alright so I installed my greddy ti-c today and there is a ring the size of my wrist they gave me with it ... i didn't know what it was so we installed it without it. Anyone know what this could be? and for some odd reason, my exhaust is blowing more out of one side than the other (when it was at cold start, more smoke was coming out of the left than the right)

Some exhaust comes with "O" gasket rings, others come with full flange sized gaskets. Hope this helps

its a crush ring , it goes in between the cat and the greddy exhaust , it fits the inside diameter of the gasket.....
when i installed my TiC i didnt put it in , started the car up and checked for leaks , had a nice leak right at the cat and exhaust flange , unbolted it put that ring in bolted it bac, up , no leaky

oh crap lol, i'll put it in tomorrow XD so the ring goes on the triangle gasket right? because I have a testpipe so it would be: testpipe+gasket+that ring thing+midpipe then muffler?
.....the test pipe should have come with a gasket that has the crush ring built in
