i just did an exhaust install last night and i ended up going to a muffler shop and getting a gasket that closely matched and modified it to work.
the muffler shop gave me the gasket for free.

You have to get it at places that sell cat back exhausts or test pipes for our cars. Or, you can get a generic gasket and cut it to shape.

It will not fit onto the pipe of a cat back aftermarket system anyway. You really need that odd triangular shaped gasket.
Aren't there any other cat-back companies that allow the re-use of the OEM "donut"?

you may reuse/replace the OEM style exhaust "donut" when replacing the OEM cat-back system with a Mugen cat-back.
