OH, no you can't. I needed on so I call Duc (http://www.teamspugen.com/) and got a few of them. The problem is exactly as BAKINBLK explained. You just can't buy this one anywhere I could find. Duc was the man and had them instock.
At least with my Neuspeed exhaust the one that came with the exhaust looked very much like the one I took off the stock unit.

Hmmmm, so what's different about the "aftermarket" gasket that the OEM one won't work. If it has to mate with the OEM cat, then it must have at least that shape on that side. My recollection is that the OEM gasket looks like the shape of a rotory engine's rotor, with a hole at each apex for the cat bolts to go through. No?

The OEM gasket is a thin guage steel hollow ring (donut) that squishes when the 3 bolts are torqued. It is supposed to be replaced every time the exhaust is disconnected. I replaced it only once, since I couldn't tell any difference in sound between having it or not.
