OH, no you can't. I needed on so I call Duc (http://www.teamspugen.com/) and got a few of them. The problem is exactly as BAKINBLK explained. You just can't buy this one anywhere I could find. Duc was the man and had them instock.
Hmmmm, so what's different about the "aftermarket" gasket that the OEM one won't work. If it has to mate with the OEM cat, then it must have at least that shape on that side. My recollection is that the OEM gasket looks like the shape of a rotory engine's rotor, with a hole at each apex for the cat bolts to go through. No?
At least with my Neuspeed exhaust the one that came with the exhaust looked very much like the one I took off the stock unit.

That's what I thought too but someone here on s2ki told me last week that it is a ring that goes into the groove on the end of the exhaust pipe. My OEM exhaust had no triangular shape gasket at all. It did have a silver ring in the exhaust side but I couldn't get it out.

The OEM gasket is a thin guage steel hollow ring (donut) that squishes when the 3 bolts are torqued. It is supposed to be replaced every time the exhaust is disconnected. I replaced it only once, since I couldn't tell any difference in sound between having it or not.
