Yes...
Oh, for future reference, get a set of these:
The harder you pull, the harder they grab.
Oh, I also have the "Bolt-outs".

What would happen if I grinded the nut and bolt off completely at the cat? Could I just knock the rest of the bolt out of the cat and install new bolts and nuts?
Plus the nut is stripped so no matter what I can't turn it at all from under the car. I have NO leverage what-so-ever so it makes it too hard for me to do it.

Anyway, if you cut the nut (along with some of the bolt threads in it). You'd have to pound like crazy on the remaining stud to get them out. They are pressed in there pretty tight. If you don't room for leverage to turn the nuts, you may not have room to pound the crap out of the studs. You could risks damaging something further up with all the pounding (like the header).
I tried to remove those studs to use on my test pipe and I had the cat off the car. Even then, I couldn't get them things to budge. They are TOUGH.

I was able to knock the bolts out of the cat without removing the cat. I sprayed it with a crap load of liquid wrench (WD-40 does NOT work) and after banging them for about 5 min, they came out.

OK!!! Here's the deal. I brought it into a shop up the street. They put it up on their lift. Walked under it and *bam* *bam* *bam* They took out all three nuts in like 5 seconds with their impact wrench. Then he hit the bolts with a hammer and they popped right off as well. I gave him the new bolts and nuts that came with the exhaust and I had him put them on their gently so that when I got home they'd come right off. Only thing after that I had trouble with was the damn hangers But ANYWAYS! Thank you guys for all of your help. I will definantly have to go and get some of those tools to all of you!
BTW, it sounds AWESOME as hell at WOT and the drone is completely controlable with the slightest of throttle.
