Your valves are tapping so hard it knocked the paint off your valve cover!

BTW... do you go mud bogging in that thing or what?!?

Yeah, just clean your engine bay up a little, and try doing a valve adjustment and see if that makes most of the noise go away. Thats pretty much what everyone else will say to try first also.

I'm assuming it could be the TCT and timing chain may be stretched beyond use anymore. When you ream on it all the way to 9000 rpm and then just let off the gas while its still in gear, do you hear any slapping noises? This would be an over stretched chain or worn guide that isnt controlling the chain slap. Also, if you dont use a good oil like Amsoil 10w30 full synthetic that still has ZDDP in it, you arent getting good lubricants to the TCT. Most and maybe even all of the store bought oils now dont have ZDDP in them anymore and this is bad for things like TCT's and flat tappet valves.

Also, the chain guide could be worn out and not supporting the slack of the chain. I'd adjust the valves to the tight side of the specs, change the timing chain and guide, bead blast the worm gear on the TCT and switch to some good oil like Amsoil 10w30 full synthetic and I bet it will run like new.
