Default Evaporator condensation dripping on my leg

I've noticed on a couple longer drives with the a/c on, like longer than an hour, I occasionally get water dripping on my leg. I hate getting up under the dash to investigate stuff so can anybody tell me if they've had this problem and what you've done to fix it? I'm assuming the drain hose isn't hooked up properly or something. I don't really mind the leg drips haha but I really don't want all that water getting on my wiring, creating mildew in my carpet, or corroding metal parts.

I've seen drain hoses being disconnected or plugged as the main cause of this on other cars. That would be the first thing I would look for.

Its a common issue on the 2000 models. But I believe only on the passenger side.

Are there any pics or diagrams of this area/ these parts so I know what to expect? I don't want to spend any more time on my back than I have to.

There's a foam that you spray inside the condensate drain that will free up any gunk inside there, it won't corrode the evaporator to boot, then you air dry it. I've never had a condensate drain problem on the car, but I would try blowing compressed air into the drain first before you use any cleaners. Put some pressure on it.

Just take a compressed air hose and jam it into the drain and blow for like a second, you should see water pour out. If it doesn't you'll have to use a cleaner. Do not use water, that water can be corrosive to the parts so it's good that you drain it good.

The condensate drain is a hole on the passenger side underneath the car near the oil pan and exhaust manifold.

My drain hose got pushed up and pinched before. I pulled it back straight and got doused in nasty ass water that was stagnating in there.

So...try that. Just...don't stand under the pipe opening, looking up at it intently.
