Default error code P1418

I have an error code P1418 manufacturer control. I don't have any more info from scanner as the screen packed in right after reading the code!! I only had one code.

Anyone know what this is?

If you do have an inkling then I can say whether I've touched that part or not.

Well I could be slightly wrong. As I said the OBD tool screen went just a few seconds after getting the code. As it was over 15 mins later I did the email and had not really took strong note of the number when I was trying the tool again after the failure, my memory may have failed somewhat too! Looking at a list of Honda error codes there is 1416 and I imagine I could have mixed up a 6 and 8. I can still visualise the number to a reasonable degree and 1416 would fit the general number shape.

So can the question be answered any more if its a 1416 error code? Do S2000 codes mirror Honda general ones? as I see it is Air Pump Electric Current Sensor Circuit High Voltage

cheers.

I did get the error code wrong. Blame my memory! I got another OBD tool and the code is P1412. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What I do wonder is - does the the air pump ground to the body? as I may have paint in the nut/thread which is preventing it from grounding. Is that a feasible idea?

Topic ended. I found the error. MIL light cleared and didn't return.
