Default EPS Failure need new one, is this good?

I have had an unfortuante failure to my EPS system, Turns out my Motor went bad.. so, now I need a new rack & pinion.

Im looking at this used OEM from ebay, what do you guys think? Seller says Nothing internal has been removed so, the motor and torque sensors should be there, Tie rod ends arent included but I dont need them..

A part like that from Ebay... Buyer beware I would say. I would just find something local you can take it back to if you have any trouble.
