One more question - do all S2000's run the EOBD system? - I ask because I have an ECU from a UK car, but the scrap dealer has the key and it looks like the key has the chip in it - the key fob seems to be for the central locking and alarm - looking at the millions of wires spread out in the loom on the floor! LOL

I was thinking of asking the scrapyard to send me the keys - as they are useless to both of us - him because the ecu is coded - me because the ecu wont run without.

If he doesn't I was then going to send him back the ecu and get some money back from him. Whilst shipping a new one over from a company in the states - with the immobiliser removed.

But in order to ship one over - I just needed to make sure that the wiring looms would be similar and the pin data would be the same.
