Question Engines blowing

Hey guys. So just out of curiosity and prevention i wanna know what people were doing when there motors blew. what kind of milage and what year there car is. is it usually over reving that does it or too much rev limiter or is it random TY

75,000 spark plug was loose, cause the coil to melt and blew up the spark plug which scratched the walls.

went to a HDPE without doing any prep. last time oil level was checked was when oil was last changed.
my S used to burn a lot of oil. now it does nothing but burns holes i my wallet.

Most blown engines are caused by an over rev. For example, putting the car in 2nd gear when you meant to hit 4th while you are at the redline of 3rd.

so like mechanical over rev that the rev limiter cant stop.
