Are we supposed to keep the engine running when we bleed the brakes? I rememeber that the service manual for my Stealth Turbo said to do so because the abs pump needs to be on when bleeding the brakes, so I'm wondering if the S2000 also needs to. I just bled them with the engine off and the pedal seems okay, but I remember the brake pedal feeling better right when I bought the car 2 months ago.

try going around, do some hard braking to activate ABS and then rebleed.
