oh man that sucks!! Any idea what caused it, rod knock is not going to just show up out of nowhere at 50K

I still don't know what caused mine and I had around 62,000 when it happened... I kept it tapped up with M1 constantly. Most likely guess would be previous owner.

shit, this just happened to me, 03 w/ 82k, getting the results tomorrow, but plan on making her stronger, and better.

i figured there is no point to cry over it now. good think i caught it early and maybe its a less expensive fix then 5k
