I'd personally like to see a couple of stock S2000 engines joined at the crank. 4.0 liters at 480 hp baby!
Ever see the guy who made a V-8 Kawasaki bike? Bet he could do it.

It is a V-8. 2-1973 900cc Z-1 Motors grafted together. I saw it first in a British Bike Magazine. The dude that built it had to shorten the stroke to get everything to fit. Said the crank was made from scratch. That's why it's not a 1800cc. Count the plugs(each side). I think the other side of the bike is all exhaust pipes.

well stock s2k's only run 13.8-14 second 1320's. they're not the fastest things on the road. but if you slap a turbo on a 100% stock looking s2000 and it runs low 12's, then you got a perfect sleeper.
