Not if only one motor mount is broke. I had the same issue once before. One mount broke other was fine. Didn't even know and went to track and drove street etc. Installed ETD and thought the shake would go away when turning off the car. Then when replacing to stiffer motor mounts I found one was broke.
If your plugs were bad, then your car would run like crap and you said it ran fine, just shakes when shutting off. However if you feel that strongly about the plugs then change them too. I'm willing to bet it won't change the shaking when turning off your car.![hello.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/hello.gif)

second, every s2000 i've been in shakes alot when you shut it off, motor mounts are rubber, they wear out, if it bothers you so much then invest in polyurethane motor mounts and torque damper. these will help with throttle response. if you don't track you car these upgrades are pointless.
lol next you will get people telling you, you need to get new coil packs, and injectors

I had the same problems with mine except that it slowly started to work its way into when I would accelerate hard (like at track events) and I found out a day later that the motor mounts (yes, both...) separated. If you wait to long the other will fall apart from all of the load it is receiving from the other side being bad.
get some OEM mount if you drive rather easy. Use Megan or Innovative mounts if you like to drive harder than "normal".
I personally use the Megan's and they are far superior to OEM. the transmission mount is included with the set, they were cheap, I needed them, they work, transmission shifts a lot smoother, motor doesn't shake... what can I say. I'm happy.

These look nicer and are $280 shipped if you use the coupon code "freeshipping" at checkout also! I also think they are a harder compound or rubber/urethane than the Megan's.
good luck to you!
