Well I noticed last night when I started my car leaving from a friends house my car first would not want to stay on it would bog out unless I pressed the gas. Once I took my foot off it died, and had to have my foot on the gas until I got home.

Then this morning had the problem for a minute then just idled the car manually at 1500 or so and it stayed. Thought problem was fixed. Until i turned it off, and now it idles really odd. It stays on but now when the idle drops to 1000 it kicks it up to 2000 or so and keeps repeating consecutively.

check your idle air control valve

dparm

IACV, or TPS.

Could also be a vacuum leak.
