Default Engine Removal for F20/F22 hybrid

I cracked a bearing and destroyed my crankshaft in my f20c. The head was deemed healthy and now Im in the research stages of doing a swap. I haven't been able to find any serious DIY Engine Removal Thread or f20 head/f22 block DIYs. Basically I am looking to create one. Catch is this will be my first engine swap, I can turn a wrench but am not entirely experienced. I have the factory Honda Manual and have searched and read an adequate amount.

Anyone in the Bay Area particularly Eastbay/Oakland want to take part and help out or offer advice. Joey at Westborough ARCO has already been extremely helpful in telling me how he usually goes about doing it. I can offer beers, a cool ass dog to play with, and medicinal party favors post work

Nothing complicated about doing a F22 block with an F20 head. Just had it done on my car.

What kind of dog do you have?
