Something is wrong if you are getting 155 and 200. I'd start by removing the vavle cover and examining them. They are probably messed up. Were the vavles ever adjusted?

HOpefully the additive didn't mess up things even more.

Still can't tell you definitely until you get a leak down test.

But if you put in an oil additive, and compression went up in the dead cyl as well as other cylinders, then it points more towards rings. An oil additive won't do jack if it were valves.

The second day i started my car it was running rough, so i check my oil, and it was at low, i add oil and it sill runs the same.
How low was it?
How much oil did you have to add to get to the top X of the dipstick?
How long did you drive with a low oil level?

The other day i was driving my s2000 and my check engine goes on.
You are sure it wasn't the oil pressure warning light?

I talk to my mechanic and he says do a compresion test, so i did that 3 valves where at 185, and 1 was at 65.
That cylinder with the 65, was that the cylinder closest to the firewall, cylinder #4?
(with cyl #1 being closest to the air filter)
If so, then it could be oil starvation causing scoring.

Did your mechanic ever pull the code, to tell you what the CEL was?
CEL = Check Engine Light.

I also suggest you read "THE ULTIMATE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THREAD" just below the FAQ's.

Sounding more like rings...#4 cyl is the one that usually goes first...like Spitty says, that's the one that gets starved for oil most.

On the positive side...if you have to rebuild, then it is a good time to do a stroke kit + bore increase to give some more ooomph when you get the car back.
