Default Engine Paint Chip

Is there any way for me to fix this, or do I need to take it into Honda...

Honda won't fix that. They will tell you to buy a new valve cover.

Just take it off and paint it or powder coat it and throw it back on. Problem solved.

Just either get it powder coated or just strip and repaint it yourself. I did mine and its very easy. Or a new one from honda isn't that expensive.
