engine oil choice
i need to change oil for my ap2, its alrdy over 31k, im wondering which one would be better? if you guys have better and third choice, please feel free to tell me
also that am i need a big service for the car now? thanks

Neither. They'll both shear quickly.
If I weren't using my car for track and only on the street, I would be using Shell Rotella T6. There are plenty of good oils out there, but those two are probably the quickest shearing synthetics you can buy.

um, check the little book in the "glove" compartment. its called an owner's manual and will tell you to use 10w30.
i happen to use amsoil 10w30 signature synthetic exclusively with pcx-004 oil filter.
sorry for the sarcasm, but this forum is full of oil discussions.

I'm a big fan of Pennzoil Ultra 5w30. It was a little while ago, but Walmart was clearancing out the 5 quart jugs of Ultra for $20 a pop, you may still be able to find some of it in your area if you're lucky.
